Since then, Michaels has developed a huge following in the female fitness niche. Jillian has a number of programs on her site catering to specific fitness goals (mostly weight loss, go figure). Her site features a free diet and exercise plan, as well as a vast library of dvd’s. One can also peruse an impressive showcase of success stories, with multiple women losing over 125 pounds on Jillian’s plans.
