Whether its the time-tested tension rod system of the original Bowflex machines, or the somewhat recent SelectTech weight system that compresses and entire rack of dumbbells into a single pair, Bowflex continues to be one badass innovator when it comes to home fitness. Seriously though, those Select Tech weight. Quite possibly one of the greatest fitness inventions of all time.
