If you haven’t heard of Nutrisystem, you’ve probably been in a coma…in a cave…with noise cancelling headphones on. For those of you who fit that description, read on. For those who don’t, read on anyway. Nutrisystem is possibly the most stupid-easy way to stick to a healthy diet. You send them money. They send you food. You eat it. Most of the food requires minimal preparation, making it ideal for us busy bees. The diet plans can be tailored to your specific caloric and macronutrient needs and even to your palate. Expect to find plenty of your faves included in the weekly shipments (pizza, ice cream, etc). Anyway, if you’re too lazy and/or busy and/or undisciplined to commit to hardcore meal prep, Nutrisystem may just be your saving grace.
