Unless you’ve been living in a cave at the bottom of the Mariana Trench for the last 10 years, you’ve probably heard of Jillian Michaels, the celebrity trainer made famous, in part, by her appearances on the Biggest Loser. Since then, Michaels has developed a huge following in the female fitness niche. Jillian has a number of programs on her site catering to specific fitness goals (mostly weight loss, go figure). Her site features a free diet and exercise plan, as well as a vast library of dvd’s. One can also peruse an impressive showcase of success stories, with multiple women losing over 125 pounds on Jillian’s plans.
